New users who want access to the Encinal Partners portion of the web site must first register and be approved by Whelan Capital Management. To register send an e-mail to register@wgcm.com. Include your full name, desired user name for the web site (no longer than 15 characters), and an access password. You will be notified by e-mail once your account has been set up for use.
